St. Sabbas Cathedral Declared First Historical Landmark

The Republic of Mokele Mbembe has taken its first official step toward preserving its architectural heritage. Secretary of Building EverTrue announced this week that St. Sabbas Cathedral has been formally recognized as the Republic’s first Historic Landmark—a solemn and symbolic nod to the earliest days of settlement after the Great Reset.

Constructed by Patriarch Noah J, the Cathedral was completed on December 15, 2024, and quickly became one of the most awe-inspiring structures of the early world. Built during a time of immense scarcity, its completion was nothing short of miraculous: stone by stone, log by log, it rose as both a place of worship and a monument to ambition, perseverance, and spiritual leadership.

“Literally designing it any other way was atrociously time consuming,” Noah J recalled, referencing the effort poured into every arch, window, and altar. Despite the challenge, the Cathedral remains a cornerstone of early Valmiris architecture and a testament to the power of vision.

In a time when stone tools and wooden planks were the currency of ambition, St. Sabbas stood as proof that even sacred grandeur was possible—with vision, willpower, and just enough spruce.
